This website provides general information about Suffolk Home Physio and allows users to contact us to enquire about physiotherapy services. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access unauthorised areas, or engage in any activity that disrupts its operation.

3. Contacting Us for Appointments

Appointments are not booked through this website. Users may contact us via:

  • Email

Submitting a contact form does not create a booking or guarantee availability.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Notice: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations/ reschedules: Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend may incur the full session fee. Exceptions for genuine emergencies are at the clinician’s discretion.

  • Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

5. Fees and payment

The following fees apply to Suffolk Home Physio services:

  • Initial Assessment (60 minutes): £110

  • Follow‑Up Appointment (45 minutes): £90

  • Extended Follow‑Up (60 minutes): £110

Fees include travel within the core Suffolk Home Physio service area. Additional travel charges may apply outside this zone and will be confirmed before booking.

Payment

Payment is due as specified at the time of booking or on the invoice provided. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or cash where agreed. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

Late Payment

If payment is overdue, Suffolk Home Physio reserves the right to suspend further services until payment is received and may charge reasonable administration costs for late payments.
