Your first session includes a full assessment, a clear explanation of what’s going on, and a personalised treatment plan. You’ll also receive exercises and advice you can start using straight away.

Initial assessments last up to 60 minutes. Follow‑up sessions are up to 45 minutes or 60 minutes, depending on your needs.

Yes. I bring all the equipment needed for your assessment and treatment session, including resistance bands, balance equipment, and any clinical assessment tools. In most cases, all you need is a small amount of clear space in your home.
If ongoing rehabilitation would benefit from specific equipment, I can recommend suitable options for you to purchase.

Payment for initial assessments is taken in advance.
Further follow ups are payable by invoice or bank transfer after the session.

I ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

NHS physiotherapy and private physiotherapy usually run separately to avoid conflicting advice or duplicated treatment plans. However, I’m very happy to work alongside Community Occupational Therapists and work with NHS therapy teams especially where mobility, safety at home, equipment, or functional independence are the focus.
