Travel
Travel is included within the core Suffolk Home Physio service area. If you’re unsure whether your location falls within this zone, please get in touch. Additional charges may apply for travel outside the standard area.
Reports and Letters
Standard documentation is included. Complex or extensive reports may incur an additional fee, which will always be discussed with you in advance.
Payment
For new clients, payment is taken in advance to secure your appointment. Follow‑up sessions are invoiced after your visit and payable by bank transfer.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee.
